New Vista Helpline calls are answered by crisis counselors, who are trained to assist those in need. Counselors ensure prompt attention to your situation and explore possible solutions. We talk to callers and ask questions to see what help is needed, then we begin making a plan to help you immediately. The New Vista Helpline provides crisis services for mental health, substance use and intellectual and developmental disability emergencies.
