Who can I see using Telehealth?

How does Telehealth work?

New Vista helps you get set up and gets your consent to use telehealth.

Step 1. Scheduling

After scheduling a telehealth appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation text or email, depending on your preferred contact method. If your contact information changes, please let your provider know as soon as possible.

Step 2. Prepare for you Appointment

Ten minutes before your scheduled appointment, you’ll receive an automated message with a link to your appointment. Click the link to enter the virtual waiting room. Your provider will be notified that someone has entered the waiting room and your appointment will begin shortly.

Step 3. Consent

Once your provider begins the appointment, you’ll be asked to grant microphone and camera access. If you accidentally deny these settings, you can refresh your browser to be prompted to grant access once again. Validate the “Select Devices” screen to join your appointment.

Step 4. Start your Session

After giving consent your meeting will start soon with either an office assistant or your provider.
