Four Reasons to Schedule a Primary Care Appointment with New Vista

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), New Vista is committed to meeting the individual needs of each person who walks through our doors. Here are four reasons to consider booking a Primary Care appointment with New Vista.

1. Our expert Nurse Practitioners. New Vista has a team of experienced providers who offer compassionate care in our Fayette, Scott, Madison and Boyle County locations. Our Nurse Practitioners can provide annual check-ups, blood pressure checks, blood testing for diabetes and cholesterol, tobacco use and cessation programs, treatment and management of acute and chronic illnesses, weight loss screenings and more.

2. We provide care, regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. New Vista accepts Medicaid, Medicare and private insurance. We work with patients no matter their situation and don’t turn anyone away because of an inability to pay.

3. We provide in-person and telehealth appointments in our offices. Initial primary care appointments will need to be in-person in either the Fayette, Scott, Madison or Boyle County offices. TytoCare telehealth appointments may be possible for follow-up appointments at the New Vista location closest to you. Ask your provider about this telehealth option. 4. We can easily connect you to other services if you need them. If you only want to be seen for your primary care needs, that’s fine! New Vista also offers a full continuum of mental health, substance use, intellectual and developmental disability and children’s services, should you need further care. Our Care Coordinators can also help you navigate the healthcare system if you have insurance questions or need to see a specialist.
