Medication Assisted Recovery (MAR) is one component of New Vista’s comprehensive treatment approach. MAR combines FDA approved medications with therapy, medical care, and supportive services to address both the physical and psychological aspects of substance use disorders.
At New Vista, medication is never used in isolation. Treatment is delivered within a structured, supportive system focused on helping individuals stabilize, improve daily functioning, and build long term recovery.
New Vista’s MAR program is designed to:
• Provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals using medications for opioid use disorder can access therapy, medical services, and crisis intervention.
• Stabilize and maintain individuals with opioid use disorder using FDA approved medications including:

- Methadone

Buprenorphine
-
Naltrexone
•Promote global recovery and return to functioning.
The goal of Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) is long term stability and improved quality of life. New Vista MAR does not require or encourage tapering of medications. Instead, we work collaboratively with each client to support individualized recovery goals and sustained functioning.
New Vista also offers Medications for Alcohol Use Disorder (MAUD) as part of our integrated treatment model. These medications can help reduce cravings and support recovery when combined with therapy and medical care.
Many individuals seeking recovery experience co-occurring mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, or other psychiatric disorders. New Vista provides integrated treatment, addressing both substance use and mental health needs simultaneously to support lasting recovery and overall well being.

Office Hours
• Monday–Friday: 6AM – 2:30PM
Medication Dosing Hours
• Monday–Friday: 6AM– 1PM
• Saturday: 7AM– 9AM
Holiday Closures
• Dosing services are closed on designated holidays. Clients receive advance notice of holiday schedules and any dosing adjustments.
