Our Danville office opened in March 2025 on the US 127 Bypass on the south side of town, a few minutes from Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Centre College and downtown Danville. It is the anchor center for Boyle County and the counties around it, with walk-in intakes on weekday afternoons and mornings (hours below).

Our Richmond anchor center is on Gibson Lane, just off the Eastern Bypass near Baptist Health Richmond, with Eastern Kentucky University a short drive away. Madison County Medical Services is next door at 415 Gibson Lane. Walk-in intakes run on weekday afternoons and mornings (hours below).

Our Georgetown anchor center serves Scott County and its neighbors from Roach Street in Georgetown, the home of Georgetown College and Toyota’s Kentucky plant, with Georgetown Community Hospital on Lexington Road. Walk-in intakes run on weekday afternoons and mornings (hours below).
