New Vista’s main campus is on Newtown Pike on the north side of Lexington, just inside exit 115 of I-64/I-75 and next door to UK HealthCare’s Eastern State Hospital. Building 1 is the administrative office; clinical services on the campus are in Building 5 (Behavioral Health Urgent Care, Newtown Counseling) and Building 3 (Regional Prevention Center).

By bus, Lextran Route 4 Newtown Pike stops at 1351 Newtown Pike and connects to the downtown Transit Center. If you are not sure which building you need, call the 24-Hour Helpline at 1.800.928.8000 first.

Substance Use Services

Evidence-based treatment for individuals and families impacted by alcohol or drug use. Options include outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient programs, medication-assisted recovery, and recovery support.

Primary Care

Whole-person healthcare that integrates physical and behavioral health. Primary care providers offer routine checkups, chronic condition management, and preventive care in coordination with mental health and substance use treatment.

Services for Developmental Disabilities

Supports that promote independence and community inclusion for individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Services include residential programs, day training, and case management.

Prevention Services

Community-based education, training, and resources to reduce youth substance use, prevent suicide, and promote mental wellness across schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

Crisis Services

Immediate, 24/7 support for anyone experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Services include mobile crisis response, walk-in crisis centers, and connections to ongoing care.
