Mental Health Services

Compassionate care for children, teens, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, or other mental health challenges. Services include counseling, therapy, crisis support, and psychiatric care.

Substance Use Services

Evidence-based treatment for individuals and families impacted by alcohol or drug use. Options include outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient programs, medication-assisted recovery, and recovery support.

Primary Care

Whole-person healthcare that integrates physical and behavioral health. Primary care providers offer routine checkups, chronic condition management, and preventive care in coordination with mental health and substance use treatment.

Services for Individuals with Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

Supports that promote independence and community inclusion for individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities. Services include residential programs, day training, and case management.

Prevention Services

Community-based education, training, and resources to reduce youth substance use, prevent suicide, and promote mental wellness across schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods.

Crisis Services

Immediate, 24/7 support for anyone experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. Services include mobile crisis response, walk-in crisis centers, and connections to ongoing care.
